This little wedge is solid rubber, so it will maintain its shape. Possibly one of the most underutilized and underrated components! Great for reducing the chance of sprained ankles, reducing stress on the posterior tibial tendon, or preventing tarsal tunnel syndrome, Can be attached to either the medial or lateral side of the heel area to put the foot and ankle in a more neutral position.
