Pedorthist For Hire

Local practitioners can have our pedorthist in their facility for a day (8 hours). Assessments, casting, scanning, measuring, and dispensing. All expertly and professionally done in your facility. Shoes (OTC or custom), gauntlet AFOs or balance braces, orthotics and diabetic insoles, we can do it all so you are free to do surgical interventions. Call today to schedule!

Custom Foot Orthotics
Custom Foot Orthotics (Functional)

Every aspect of this custom orthotic is handcrafted from your cast, or foam impression, and specifications.
- All pads are custom crafted for each foot.
- All orthotics are made with the finest materials (most made here in the U.S.A. or Germany unless other options are requested, or supply dictates).
- Every set of custom orthotics is made full length unless otherwise requested.
- Each orthotic has an integrated stiffening material to make it easier to place into the footwear.
- The orthotics are cut generously to accommodate the vast majority of footwear, so some trimming may be needed.
- Each orthotic comes with our proprietary padding system.

Diabetic Insoles A5513s

Looking for a true custom diabetic insole?These are sold in sets of three for healthcare practitioners only. They are made with real Plastizote and Poron bi-laminate covers, with 60 durometer EVA shells. Meets/exceeds all PDAC requirements.
- Areas can truly be offloaded.
- Metatarsal pads are custom designed and placed depending on patient needs.
- The EVA shell prevents excessive movement, thereby preventing shear.
- The thicknesses of the different materials are up to you, or you can leave it to our pedorthist's discretion.
Orthosis with Prosthetic Toe Filler

Prosthetic toe filler orthosis that is made the way it was intended to be.
Fits the remaining portion of the foot, is comfortable, lasts, and fits the shoe.
If you send us the shoe it is going into, we will custom fit it to the shoe.
Carbon fiber plate is integrated into the design of each of these orthoses.

Buttress

When the shoe is being pushed out (or in) from excessive stress/motion, this shoe modification holds the footwear in place. By placing the material on footwear, it prevents the shoe from being pushed out of shape, makes for a more economical and normal gait pattern, and enhances stability. This is a great shoe modification when you need it.

Shoe Lift/Build Up with Rocker Sole

For leg length discrepancy. Fill out the modification form and include the form with the shoe(s), and any other particulars. Ideally, the shoes are new, but have been checked to ensure they are the correct size and fit (once the shoe is modified, it is modified).
If you haven't been able to find someone in your area who can do these right, look no further!
These are made to have stablity during stance, and a smooth roll through the gait cycle. Have us grind it for the properties just mentioned, or choose from the types shown here.
Please remember to do some gait training with the patient with a new rocker sole!

Excavation

You specify the area needing to be removed, and approximate depth. We will remove the material to give that area the necessary offloading. This is an essential modification for the patient who keeps ulcerating due to a problem area that isn't getting sufficiently offloaded. It could make the difference of not having to go into a custom molded shoe, or the wound care clinic.
