These metatarsal bars are great for relieving Metatarsalgia. Whether from those metatarsal heads taking a beating from excessive weight, or loss of fat pad, these will do the job of relieving the pressure on those bone structures. They are made from high quality urethane with an adhesive backing, so they can go directly into a shoe, an insole, or make it part of a dynamic orthotic system using our shells.
